Unit Ball and Memorial Day

BALL!  Its fun to dress up and see some awesome military traditions (and sometimes make a fool of themselves), and we did so the Thursday before Memorial Day.
Then Jackson was given the opportunity to speak at a local service in Canastota (home of the boxing hall of fame) and before that was a parade where he marched with his historical counterpart.
They let us tag along for the ride.

the kids waved flags, said hello, and hid under the bench when it started sprinkling.
This is the happiest I've ever seen Jackson to be sitting in the rain.
But he kindly shortened his speech for the viewers.  Good job hon!
