Okinawa City Children's Zoo

Its a zoo! And what kind of zoo would it be without large replicas of animals? Don't be fooled though, this park is not sprawling and the animals don't live in nearly this much space. I think its an old zoo that hasn't really been updated but needs it, the animals are all in rather small cages (they have a tiger in a cage the size of the cages along the main entry walk at the Boise zoo). Apparently, there are protesters who at least managed to get some wolves taken from this zoo.
There is a large pond in the park with several species of birds floating around and the apparently required koi living in it.
Ok, this particular picture isn't from the zoo, but they did have goats there.
Inside the zoo there is a large area with an outdoor stage and other attractions for the kids, some requiring an extra fee. Here's Coryn in a scaled down version of the Discovery Center in Boise. It features science type learning games, and some not so sciency things like a dress up room for girls.
There is a petting zoo area which Coryn absolutely loved, he kept running from one animal to the next. These are two large fuzzy bunnies.

Turtles of course.

Kiss the Chick!
