Oklahoma City

At last, photos are available to show our trip to Oklahoma City in September. The flights went as well as they could have with a nearly toddler, but we were happy to be on the ground again. Of all the things to see and do in Oklahoma City we chose one historical and one fun place to visit.
Our historical option was to visit the Oklahoma City Memorial which is really quite a sight to see and so creatively and meaningfully put together. This picture shows the chairs... one for each person killed in the bombing and set in nine rows depending on which floor they were on. This is just one of the many details set into the wonderful monument.

Coryn was happy to see his dad, and took to latching onto him before to long. Here we are at the zoo where Coryn 'growled' at nearly every animal there. His favorite was probably a bird exhibit which allowed visitors to feed a large group of loud tropical birds while they fly around and alight on shoulders.
As ever, happy bath time!
